Introduction（介绍）
Theshoulderisa 肩关节是复杂的球臼关节，允许多个方向的活动。
ShoulderInstability（肩关节不稳定）
Shoulderinstabilityanddislocationoccurwhentheshouldercapsuleisstretchedortorn,and/orwhenthelabrumisdetachedfromtheglenoid.
当肩关节囊被拉长或撕裂，或盂唇从肩胛盂上分离时，会出现肩关节不稳或脱位。
Incisions（切口）
Smallincisions(portals)aremadearoundthejoint.Thescopeandsurgicalinstrumentswillgointotheseincisions.
在关节周围作几个小切口，通过这些切口插入关节镜和手术器械。
Visualization（观察）
Thescopeisinsertedintothebackoftheshoulderjoint.Salinesolutionflowsthroughatube(cannula)andintotheshouldercapsuletoexpandthejointandtoimprovevisualization.Theimageissenttoavideomonitorwherethesurgeoncanseeinsidethejoint.
关节镜通过肩关节后方插入。通过套管向肩关节灌注生理盐水，以扩张关节，提高可视性。手术医生通过传输到视频显示屏的图像可看到关节内部的情况。
Repair（修复）
Thetornandfrayedpartofthelabrumcancausepainandirritationintheshoulder.Asurgicalinstrumentcalledashaverbladeisinsertedintothejointandthedamagedtissueisremoved.
撕裂磨损处的盂唇会引起疼痛，刺激肩关节。一种称为刨削器的手术器械插入关节，将受损组织去除。
EndofProcedure（手术结束）
Withthelabrumtrimming 当盂唇修剪完成后，将手术器械撤除，手术结束。
