Introduction（介绍）
Arthroscopicsurgeryallowsdiagnosisandtreatmentofjointproblemsthroughsmallincisionsintheskin.Acameraattachedtoascopeisusedtoseeinsideyourjoint.
关节镜手术可以通过皮肤上的小切口进行关节疾病的诊断和治疗。关节镜附有摄像头，可以观察关节内部的结构。
Incision（切口）
Smallincisions(portals)aremadearoundthejoint.Thescopeandsurgicalinstrumentswillgointotheseincisions.
在关节周围作几个小切口（入口），通过这些小切口放入关节镜和手术器械。
Visualization（观察）
Thescopeisinsertedintotheknee.Salinesolutionflowsthroughatube(cannula)andintothekneetoexpandthejointandtoimprovevisualization.Theimageissenttoavideomonitorwherethesurgeoncanseeinsidethejoint.
将关节镜插入膝关节，通过套管将生理盐水灌入膝关节，以扩张关节，提高可视性。图像传输到视频显示器，从而手术医生可以看到关节内部。
Diagnosis（诊断）
Usingthevideomonitorasaguide,thesurgeoncanmakeadiagnosis.Avarietyofsurgicalinstrumentslikethisprobecanbeinsertedthroughotherincisionstotreatspecificproblems.
在视频显示器的指引下，外科医生可以作出诊断。各种各样的手术器械，比如这个探针，可以通过其它切口插入以治疗特定的疾病。
EndOfProcedure（手术结束）
Thesurgicalinstrumentsareremovedandtheprocedureis 将手术器械移除，手术结束。
